About this app

e-Token App is a mobile application that generates One Time Passwords (OTPs) used in the authentication of electronic transactions.

COST OF TOKEN / CHARGES
The Customer will incur a single charge of N1500 for activation of the e-Token.

By activating the e-token on your device, you hereby consent to debit of the relevant linked account with the applicable activation charge.

Note that the Bank may review the activation charge from time to time without notice to Customer.

A one-time password (OTP) is a series of characters that automatically authenticates the user for a single transaction or session. It is also an alternative to the Hardware Token.

Activate the App using the activation details stated below

Register as an Individual

Select Activation Method

Hardware Token:
Account Number + 4-digit Server PIN and Hardware Token Code

Debit Cards:
Account Number + ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (last 6-digits of the customer's PAN #) and the 4-digit card PIN

I can't use the app to complete my transactions. I kept having the error "dynamic vector not updated". Then I uninstalled the app to register again, unfortunately it comes with another error "CARD_NOT_ALLOWED". Can you support guys escalate these issues to right department? Meanwhile, your procedure with your banking apps are bogus, unlike other bank apps where you can EASILY complete your transactions with just PIN, PIN+OTP and 2FA just in one application.

Looks different from the version I uninstalled. Does not show 'Generate OTP page' hence can't allow hardware registration/activation... Seems like a fake version...

what's happening i tried to do some transfers, all i see is DYNAMIC VECTOR NOT UPDATED i uninstalled the app and installed it again next thing i saw was CARD NOT ALLOWED and i have been trying it for sometime yet still showing the same thing, PLEASE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE thanks
