Lots of ad banners. Sometimes ad banners don't let you do anything but close the app and start over again. Pathetic! Hard to believe this is IRCTC official app meant for ticket booking. Day by day, they are making the app a junk, adding unnecessary features that have nothing to do with rail. Keep it focused, simple, relevant and easy to use.

worst ever experience, no matter what processor and what WiFi speed you have it will take more than 1 to 3 minutes to open while booking tickets, when I started booking ticket at 8 am it was refreshing till 3 minutes and after filling all details when payment have to be done , on clicking the button it restarted the app and when I was able to book ticket it was either waiting list or no Tickets available. But in the end it is the best since no additional and extra charges while booking tickets.

The UI has changed and i am unable to use it on the Nokia G42. On clicking 'FROM' or 'TO', 'Enter From city/station name or code' are now at the top of the screen where battery levels, alarms and sign show, making it impossible to type anything. This change has made the app useless for booking as the keyboard does not show up and i cannot enter anything. EDIT: After the update, app is working as it must. Thank you to the developers.
