Ratings and reviews

I liked the concept of this app and how it effortlessly distributes even small amounts, like $2, across savings folders. However, the app stopped working reliably, which was disappointing. With improvements like a smarter AI, faster transfer times, and more flexibility in bank account options, this app could be a standout. In 2024, I expect better reliability; if these issues are fixed, I’d happily recommend it. Until then, it feels like the AI is only active occasionally, so I can't recommendit

UPDATE 1: I have installed Oportun again to give it another shot. I gave this app a chance after the change. If I depending on this app to help me save it would not reach my goals. It saved half the money in the total time digit would saved it and then some. For example in 1 month it only saved half my rent when I know for a fact I have the money. Just to see if it would do the same thing. Nope. They need to go back to what they were doing before. Used to love this app... what happened...

Horrible customer service and the app features do not always work. They will just stop working for a while then randomly start again. Back when it was Digit it seemed to learn your bills and habits, this app doesn't do that and will overdraft your account. I have reached out to customer service and they are completely useless, when they respond at all. You would think with seeing all of these negative reviews they would make some changes.
