The TransAmerica app is awful, it couldn't be worse. It is difficult to just log in, the submit bar has to be pressed twice, and there are other buttons that don't work at all no matter how many times you touch them. And in the few days since I installed this app, I have not been able to log in even once-- there is a failure every single day with a remark about "having trouble loading your data." So, I have to use the website, which is pretty bad, also. Whoever made this app needs to be fired.

When you first turn on touch id, you'll be asked to read and click a "I understand" pop-up. If you have your display settings (font and icons) set to be a little larger than default, you won't be able to read the full statement or even click the button because it won't allow you to scroll. It isn't a huge deal, but is a hassle to have to go to go to phone settings, adjust that, back to the app, login again and hope you have the display settings small enough to see the full statement

For a few weeks now, the app is not allowing me to type in my username. No cursor, no keyboard pops up. I've deleted and reinstalled it, but it's still the same situation. What's the point if I have to use the internet⁉️ It would be nice to see a graph indicating performance results for the past month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Like other investments
