Super buggy app with even worse customer service. Rented a vehicle (which looked like it had been in multiple accidents), the vehicle wouldn't start, tried to call customer service and road side service for 45 minutes, but nobody answered the phone. Tried to end the reservation and rent a different vehicle, but because the vehicle won't turn on, the reservation won't start, so I can't even cancel it through the app. Who designed this @&?! thing?

Useless, buggy app that does nothing but gives error massages. After changing the password three times, everytime accepted with a green screen, it still gives me an error massage with "error password". I wasn't even able to enter the account. If this is the app experience, I wonder what the actual experience would be like. Best go elsewhere. Good riddance.

Somehow managed to have a worst registration experience than government website. Lost two hours of my time for this only. Then showed up to my car, it didn't open - took 30mn for the customer support team to pick up. Got another car, was late to my appointment, and there was no incentive or discount to make up for the problems. If you plan on renting a car a few times a year only, don't waste time with this service
