Like other reviewers, I was not able to use offer code-seems like a bait and switch. To their credit, I received a quick response when I contacted support, but their solution was to purchase a full price plan and they would "upgrade" it. Today, I have been unable to make a purchase (even at full price) because their app has been under "maintenance" with no estimated restoration time. With so many choices for eSim now, I cannot recommend GoMoWorld.

Buggy app with poor service. The sign-up promo can be redeemed only once even if the purchase isn't completed. If the app worked reliably this wouldn't be a problem, but it unfortunatley encountered an error the first two times I tried purchasing a plan. Even without promo the price was good so I went through with the purchase. I've never used an esim as unreliable as this one in CDMX, I always had a full bars for my data connection but only on rare occasions could actually access the internet.

It was perfect before the recent update. Now, there are several glitches upon opening the app. It displays a blue banner briefly at the top. Most importantly, the data doesn't update live. You need to manually refresh to see the current data used. The new design indicates your data is almost full, rather than showing it is almost empty. Please make it simple and intuitive without having to calculate what data is left. Example 22.4gb/30gb used means i have to calculate i have 7.6gb left.
