Ratings and reviews

Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

As a first-time bus traveller, I found the RedBus app really helpful and easy to use. The booking process was smooth, and I appreciated the clear details about the bus, timings, seat layout, and boarding points. I was a bit nervous at first, but the live tracking feature gave me confidence, and everything went as planned. The payment was hassle-free, and I even got a small discount. However, I wish the customer support was a bit quicker to respond when I had a question. Overall, it was a good 👍

I booked a ticket from Siliguri to Kolkata, and the service offered the option to change the date if it's not confirmed. However, when I tried to change the date, the system showed that I'm not allowed to do so according to their policy. Instead, I have to cancel my ticket and book another one, which incurs a cancellation charge of Rs. 840. It seems they're misleading customers with false offers.
