This is the worst app I have ever used. I had already stopped using it, but I thought of giving it another chance and ordered some ready-to-eat items. After placing the order (for example, Paneer Matar), I received a call from their back-end center asking me to take another item instead (like Rajma ready-made). When I requested cancellation since the item was not available, they told me cancel

worst delivery service. I was a regular buyer for a few weeks which was going good until today. I ordered some stuff today. the bananas they sent me were unripe and they sent me a cheaper version of one of the item i ordered which was cheaper by 90rs. The customer service was trash, they refused to issue a refund and was offering me a coupon after returning the item only. I had to do with the item as it was an instant need..

I ordered 400 grams of meat for ₹412, and what I received was extremely disappointing. The meat was full of bones, had a strange smell, and tasted awful — completely not worth the price. To make things worse, it was clearly frozen meat, despite being advertised as "Fresh to Home" and delivered within 30 minutes. This is completely misleading. If the product is frozen, it should be clearly mentioned, instead of tricking customers with false claims of freshness. This was my worst experience.
