I find it hard to get verified because of the selfie with ID. I can't change it to rear camera because the front isn't good enough. Ridiculous Edited: It doesn't help at all even you send me an email. Seriously, I tried passport doesn't work, I tried my ID doesn't work. Your employees trying to use my ID/passport for what? Loan sharks? What more they want me to take a clear ID with selfies huh?

Very very bad experience. First car at Blue Wave Hotel@Johor, the car which was booked by us extended by others. Second replacement car at Kota Jail unfortunately unable to open car lock by apps, mb the replacement car battery low. We still need to wait after 1.5 hours from our booking time. SoCar should inform us that our booked car was extended by others,and replace the car asap, instead of we reached there and were unable to find the car.

I'm had been using for years. Recently felt very disappointed with their service and also apps recently . Last week, booked a car in Penang for 12 hrs.Was given a car with fuel warning light, and airbag malfunction lights on and countless dent and scratches, luckily the car serve well, didn't break down.Came back fm Penang, 2 days later, check the apps for fuel reimbursement. Was shocked that it was rejected , the cs ask me to go back Penang to get a final receipt, rediculous!!Already deleted it
