If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I have tried multiple times to talk to someone and every time I try it keeps telling me that there is another chat open so they are closing this one. but no one ever answers my questions. and when they send an email when I respond to that, no one answers it. I have worked 4 days in my current pay period and still have no funds and can not cash anything out. I was ble to 1 time for the 4 days I worked in the previous pay period. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I have been trying to get early wage access set up and I've gotten little to no support or help from my company and netchex 😑😒 the app is a little slow n at times buggy as well when I try to sign in i get looped back to the sign in screen

App doesn't work. Every time I try to link my Netchex account it just takes me back to the sign in screen and loops over again. I have been entering my correct credentials and tried to Sign Up and then Sign In and nothing.
