Ratings and reviews

The notification of money coming into the accounts is useful. Why is there no option to notify when money has gone out? Especially with the credit card, it will be an added security feature, so you will be able to pick up any unauthorized transactions immediately. BNZ should consider adding this feature since people are shopping online more, and the risk of having credit card details being stolen has increased.

Still no decent international transfers setup. Been waiting years for it and still nothing. Progress is slow with bnz even PayPal its higher than bnz on the charts and that's a huge scam app. So what's that tell you.

I can't see my BNZ app on my phone anymore. It has disappeared but when I go to my play store I can see it and it says open . Once I click open it goes through the same process putting Pin and stuff but am wondering why is it not showing as an app? Can someone please help me?
