Ratings and reviews

So useless. Parcels don't show, constantly logs you out. When the parcels DO show they don't even complete, even though they've been delivered. I have some showing that a tracking number has been allocated...that were delivered in July! Absolutely rubbish, especially considering how much money they charge to send anything 🙄

The app is absolutely unusable. It doesn't work without an account, the account login doesn't let you use auto-fill services (so no password manager for you). And to add insult to injury, it logs you out after some time (24h?) and forces you to go through the whole process again. All that to check the parcel tracking status.

Can't use buttons on the lower edge of the app as they overlap with the phone's navigation buttons. Still not resolved AGAIN by today's update. 😕

What’s new

- You can now search for the tariff code for items you’re sending overseas.
- You decide what parcel updates to receive under Settings > Notifications.
