I was having issues with this recent update so went ahead and uninstalled the app. A few days later I decided to give it another go and reinstalled it again. Now it works just fine. After reinstalling I had to reconfigure login options (pin and fingerprint access), quick balances, notification settings, and any alerts I wanted. I logged out then logged in again and it asked me to select allow or deny for the app to access phone call log. After all that it seems OK. Give this a go, hope it helps.

Hi Nigel. We hear you. We've got a brand new team working on delivering enhancements to the app, including the first phase of a dedicated transfer feature which you can find in our latest update. We've still got a long way to go but we feel your frustration and we are working hard on delivering a better app that we can all be proud of.

What used to be a few seconds to check accounts, make transfers etc has recently turned into a few minutes ordeal of having to log in and being taken to a notification page. There is no more quick view of your acc because of this or it stops working having to close then open app again due to a white screen Id like to retract my statement and state that a short amount of time has past and the app creator has fixed all of the above , thank you team

App keeps insisting on going to login screen rather than quickview accounts, and once you log in it goes straight to the notification section. Really annoying behaviour that's only started recently. I don't want to log in then have to navigate just to have a glance at my funds, that's not the point. On the verge of changing banks entirely and taking my kiwisaver with me.
