Ride 7 days a week to popular pre-determined destinations within the service zone of your origin and connect to or from the BFT bus network with ease. Remember, your ride must begin and end in the same zone.

I love using the via for getting around. I would of given it a 5 star but it's very inconvenient to not be able to cross zones I can't even take a via from queensgate Walmart to Richland WinCo! Bring back zone crossing. Drivers get paid wether they are driving circles in a zone or driving from one zone to another.

BFT Connect is so awesome. This service has been long overdue . Glad the Tri cuties finally got here.

The new way is really annoying. Everywhere you put for destination is Out of Zone. Does the app only allow certain people to be picked up? 🤔 I just saw a lady get picked up from Walmart, at my exact location, and a Connect van picked her up. Is there a certain van that picks people up from Walmart? Connect used to be cool, now they suck.
