Great support with amazing experience. I love using this card especially when travelling overseas. My card was blocked due to the merchant in Japan trying to charge before I agreed to the transaction. It was fast! Although it was kinda terrible not being able to use the card at that time, the team was able to unblocked my card after clear explanation given to them. Otherwise, I may have to wait for several days, but they made it fast! Thanks to the support team! Dec 2024.

The design of the app is very confusing. I find it difficult to know the criteria required to get the bonus interest. There isn't any consistency to the interface. Some transactions count, some dont. The biggest issue is that after getting my employer to transfer my wages to my new account, Trust is not recognising it as my salary. Support is no help. So now I am in the process of taking out my money, changing my salary back to my old account and closing my Trust account. It just wasted my time.

Had my account terminated twice, had a few cancelled items that refunds was supposed to go into this account but none did. Edit: They reinstated my account AND it blocked yet again. This bank is actually a joke. I do not recommend this bank at all. Best too look at much better banks like MariBank, DBS / POSB, Ocbc, even Chocolate Finance is more reliable!
