The MOJ M mobile application helps you organize your purchases, keep track of the best deals, keep track of your Pika card transactions, and edit your personal and contact information. You have insight into the balance of points, other Pika account information, monthly billing, and all transactions you make. With M Pay mobile wallet and receiving virtual receipts, you are notified of your purchase immediately. Browse the current weekly leaflet offerings, find your nearest Mercator store, and compile your own shopping list, which you can instantly download into your Mercator Online shopping cart.

I can't activate the Pika card in the app. When adding the card, there was a message that the card was linked, but there is a problem adding the payment method. I don't need to add payment methods, I don't want to pay by card. I only need to set the display of the QR code of the card in the app. I tried to clear the data, unlink the card and add it again, deleted the account and registered again - no result.

Ever since the app broke a couple of months ago, I have to reinstall it every time to be able to use it, otherwise I'm stuck at logging in. I informed the customer service about it and they haven't said or done anything about it. Absolute garbage.

Need the Pika funktion quickly at the cashiers but the app takes forever to start. Every second time it doesn't start because it first needs to be update. My suggestion: Throw out all the overhead and advertising and create a slim app for the use of the Pika card only.
