Have to say this is the worst app to login into , wants 2 passwords. Then wants one but you put the wrong one in and locks you out and you have to reset everything. Then guess which it wants ridiculous. All other banking/ credit card apps you set a pin up, much quicker and easier to login. Only plus I will agree that it is easy to use once in and can find info easily.

When entering a payment to a new recipient, app loses all the information I entered on the New Payee screen whenever I switched to email to look up the information because I was returned to the Top level screen for entering a new payment. I was forced to jot down all the new payee information on a scrap of paper (security risk) because I can't retain several items of information like Recipient Company, Account No , Sort code etc in my head. Please improve this aspect of the app, it's annoying.

like other users, the fingerprint feature fails after getting a new phone currently running Android 14. I have followed steps suggested on the app itself, and have uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled etc. fingerprint response says it is incorrect, then maximum attempts reached. all other apps work on this device that use fingerprint. This is as of 25 July 2025. I have tried forgetting all enrollments and setting up app again, but still the same issue persists.

Hi Ronnie, I'm sorry to hear that. Please could you try logging in using your memorable information, tapping the profile and settings icon to open the app menu and then selecting device settings and 'forget all enrolments'. You will need to set the app up again.
