Why Why Why? You have to load data first to check your balance. If your data expires or if you do not have data you can't top up using this app. Why can't you make it zero billing like most bank apps? Can you make it zero billing.. When we run out of data we first have to buy data from other networks for us to be able to use the app or lodge complaints.. That's the worst downside with your app, otherwise it's a great app

Your app has a lot of bugs and it keeps logging me out and shutting down. I advise your team do regular updates to fix all these issues. The myzol app worked better than this. Your company seems to keep downgrading instead of becoming better. I'm very dissapointed in this company.
