Ratings and reviews

The app is decent except it does the same poor job with judging distance Google maps does. It tells me gas stations are 15 miles away that are on the other side of a mountain. Sure it may be 15 miles direct line of site on a map, but most people have to drive on roads. I am not able to drive through a mountain especially if no tunnel has ever been built. The same applies for intervening canyons, lakes, and other obstacles. Could leave you empty in the side of the road.

I don't understand how to search along route. If I type one letter, it searches. Wait for the search results with one letter, then you can add the second letter, it automatically searches, results, third letter. How is this convenient? Then the pop ups start and it rapidly scrolls and flashes, but too fast to click. Like it's a whack a mole game. This is useless unless you're only searching in your neighborhood.

Very helpful, especially on long car rides. Make sure to type in your location and destination so it can search along your route and keep in mind that sometimes the prices it's mentioned are in cash, not card. Also, I find that it's more useful to copy the address of any gas station you decide you're going to and just adding it to your route on Google maps, so that it doesn't end current navigation.
