opening it after a while of not opening shows an invalid user token error so you always need to re open which is annoying

Not working on new phone. Every update makes the app worse than before.

Incredibly annoying! The app takes longer to update the transaction history! The passes from January and February are still not showing up, even though they are meant to update in real time or at least a few days later. They'll simply charge you for the "balance" they claimed, and since the transaction history hasn't been updated, you won't even be able to double-check! Asked them for exact toll fees and dates of those passes when my load wasn't deducted but to no avail 😑
