Ratings and reviews

I can't watch any shows. I can't upgrade to premium, and only 11 movies & 6 shows are available to me. They look as if they're about 10 years old, there's nothing new or recent available to me. True Beauty is advertised but when I search for it It's nkt available. The app is fraudulent. I'm uninstalling immediately.

Renewed my annual premium membership when it was still called Premium and not Premium+, but still couldn't watch premium content. Apparently due to the system changing or something? (Premium to Premium +???) Reached customer support only to be told there's nothing they can do. They told me to either make a new account and resubscribe to the Premiym+ membership, or wait for my current membership to expire before subscribing. NO option to change or upgrade. Never again. Very bad system.

This app is really annoying😡. I used to watch k-dramas here but this app shows soooo many ads at only one episode. It shows only one ad soooo many times, so you can imagine that watching only one thing repeatedly is really annoying. I want this app ad free and than it will be easier to me. And you know wha, sometimes the apps says to pay them to get the best experience and to make it ad free. So why are you guys just talk about money.
