I recently used MAX Fashions to purchase a gown, while the initial experience was satisfactory, I encountered a significant issue when I had to return the item, as the order was marked as undelivered on the app. Further with follow ups with customer care the return pick-up was completed promptly, as promised, over a month ago. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I am yet to receive my refund. This delay in processing refunds is highly frustrating and reflects poorly on MAX Fashion

Beware. It will cause you a lot of frustration to get the order delivered on your location. The expected delivery date is nowhere near to actual delivery date and this too in time when other ecommerce companies are delivering the next day and Max while lacing the order says it takes 7-8 business days for delivery and that too they can't handle. Worst experience I have ever had.

Do not order using app, there policy is something of a twisted one. You don't get to choose and pick up on the same date. You will have initial wait atleast 7-10 days to receive. I placed order on 1st June and they said 6th as pickup. Now they said I need to wait for another 3-4 days just to see if they have it. When I visited the store they have the stock but instead they would send it from some warehouse to local shop and then shop to home. This is just stupid. Wasted money by choosing max.
