App stopped working after 2 months. It can't find the hearing aids. I changed batteries in the aids, deleted and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on and off, did everything recommended, still nothing. It's one thing if this happens to your app for your favourite puzzle or music streaming service, but quite another when it's an app for your hearing - the thing you need to be able to navigate and enjoy the world. Not impressed.

Dear user, if you are still unable to pair your hearing aids to the app, please install the latest version of the app (v. 1.2.2), as a patch was rolled out to fix the issue you was experiencing. Kind Regards, Bernafon

App is crapp, sorry to say no change. an upgrade? now enables me to hear on the telephone (supposedly) however it is in contact with the right ear (which is almost completely deaf) and not the left. When hearing aids are in I cannot hear either the dial tone or anyone talking. 20/110/25

I've tried to pair my hearing aids, and it's saying they need updating, does this mean another cost, just because you updated the app. you've heard that saying ( if it's not broke, than, leave it alone" or words to that effect.
