I shouldn't have bought this. I forgot about it and finally remembered I had it hooked up lol it wasn't even working then I realized it was subscription based. lol I thought it was helping the block chain while driving. I really didn't need the diagnostic feature. So now I have a dead unit. Made me second guess buying a hive mapper now. Well you won't get your money back for it if you get one it seems the subscription will expire before you make anything back.

Initially this app worked great. I would occasionally get disconnects, but I'd get a notification and could remove and add my connection. I was able to work with their support to resolve an issue when it wasn't working. But the latest issue I've had has been going on for nearly two months, always with a notification to "reach out to support if the issue persists". Support is slow to respond, offers limited options that don't work, and then disappears for days or weeks at a time.

The app works well, not buggy. Was able to connect my vehicle and see some statistics. CB reward received right away. Good concept, but until it can support my OnePlus Open, I'm going to have to give it a pass. I'm also concerned about the constant drain on the car's battery, but haven't looked into this fully. I wanted it to work, but unfortunately I had to do this on one of my older phones to get it functioning. Not sure why everyone with a OnePlus has the error of not being compatible.
