Hey Disney, you just lost a customer. I'm not paying so much money to watch a blank screen with audio only. And it seems like everyone is facing the same problem as I am. I've never faced such on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Showmax. Y'all need to fix this ASAP. You have amazing content, but it's really useless when the app is so buggy that you can't even play one simple movie.

I have been a long-time fan of this app. I am interested in almost all the shows listed and can't wait to binge all of them in my free time. It was my top streaming app. It topped Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showmax, etc. However, my Disney+ app has been giving me problems for some time now. I can no longer watch my shows. I can no longer download current shows I'm watching. The app keeps stopping and automatically leaves itself ALL THE TIME. It has become quite frustrating. Please fix the problem.

No settings options(both on phone or Mi Tv box). Basically I've searched everywhere and I can't find the place to control settings such as continue play for series. Or skipping credits. Even the start skip is so quick it's impossible to change. The only reason I'm using this is for Shogun and some other shows and movies that are not found on the platforms.
