Going live on Facebook doesn't work! I tried everything. Reinstalling the apps, resetting the glasses, re-pairing, you name it. EVERYTHING. The glasses icon doesn't show up when going live on Facebook. It works fine with Instagram that's the weird thing. Apparently no one at Meta can figure this out. I've contacted support. They're clueless. I love my glasses but I really need this to work. The dev responded telling me to contact support. I already did and they were clueless as to how to fix.

I've had the glasses for a few months now. I've had a great experience with them, but recently the glasses refuse to audio Bluetooth connect to my phone. I've tried restarting my phone and factory resetting the glasses. Nothing will work. Update: I've already tried all the troubleshooting methods and they're still not connecting

Update issues After the latest update call volume is really low. AI can barely be heard outdoors. The setting got adjusting volume for the AI is no longer in the app. The glasses are basically unusable outdoors or in loud environments. To be clear, this is a new issue. The glasses used to be loud enough, but now they're whisper quiet. This is after swiping and looking at audio settings.
