I can't do the check in to my flight on the app, what a garbage of an app... it constantly asks me to provide my contact details on the check in menu, but then it does not give you any field to fill those infos in!! really annoying, then you can't proceed. If you ask for info, let the customers fill it in, provide a space to fill it in! really annoying and miles behind from Ryainair or EasyJet experience on the app

I had booked a flight and the app had shown everything in order right up until the flight. However, when I arrived at the airport, the crew informed me that my ticket was invalid due to technical issues. When I later asked for compensation, no one responded. It seems like this app is just designed to rip off customers.

This is my first time actually. I have just booked but haven't flown yet but it's already disappointing. On the contact us section, I have filled a form asking for further information regarding my tickets and I have still not received a response after 72 hrs! Now,I am forced to booked for a bus . Bad service whatsoever!
