if you could play more than 5 or 10 times in a row without the app giving you a error, needing to shut it down, clear cache, or uninstall and reinstall, it wouldn't be a bad app. Seems like every time you start to win a little, you get an error. And I'm playing from Kentucky so I know its available in my error. I've also noticed when your balance gets within 0.20 cents or so it says insufficient funds which is not true. Also during an update my funds amount shrunk and It wasn't me.

constantly kicking myself and friends out of games, saying that you can't play from location. if you are in KY, you should be able to play. This happens even when sitting on my couch. we live almost in the middle of KY. I have sent error pics and requests, but nothing resolved. Games are fun, when you can play! Checking tickets works great. Adding funds is easy.

As everyone else says, the updates to the app have just destroyed it. Yeah, you have to login, entering your info and a verification code each time. But what I really hate is that it constantly crashes. I try to play a few instant games and consistently get "system error" and "you can't play from your location" pop ups, which obviously isn't the case. And each time that happens, the only way to fix it is to log out, login, and do it all over again. The instant games just aren't worth it anymore.
