Bad app . it keeps telling me to update the app but then does not give me the option of updating the app. the app is broken. Worst app that I have. Update....I sent them an email about this widespread problem, which they promptly ignored. This has been going on for so long ( with so many people) that I don't think Guitar Center really wants my business

I had used the app for several years. I recently started using app tracking blocker software. The guitar center app was trying to send app tracking data to two third parties. I went into the settings and tried to opt out of don't sell my personal information. I got an email telling me how long it would take to opt out. Within minutes my blocking software started pinging. They sent app tracking to 7 more companies. A total of 9. I deleted the app and sent guitar center a unhappy customer message.

decent app, but a bit too marketing heavy. mostly I want to see my account, check my orders, and such. But you have to navigate to those areas, whereas it seems they should be more prominently featured. Rather, the home page is just the guitar center website, geared toward shopping. I get it, I just find it slightly annoying.
