I have been a 3 customer for years and years and when I log in to my account it says that I can upgrade my device and plan so I go to upgrade my device and plan and I get all excited 😆 and I get a text from 3 saying congratulations on your new phone and plan and then at the very very last minute it says NO YOU CAN'T UPGRADE!!!! So I tried calling up to speak to someone about this problem and it's due to a credit check that I'm not passing I just don't understand how you can treat your .......

So far tried a few deals with mixed success. Some of the deals ended up being "too good to be true" and ended up being a hassle. Others, the code simply didn't work. In both cases I felt like I'd wasted time and regretted using Three+

Deducted 2 🌟 The app is very London centric, not much on there for the other areas of the UK. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are very prominently sidelined.
