Ratings and reviews

This app is not user-friendly. It often signs out automatically and frequently asks for updates. Additionally, once the package is finished, it does not work without an internet connection, so Wi-Fi is required to use it. This needs improvement

I am suffering by Using Jawwy SIM, Everytime need OTP for Login app, and OTP not comes without Internet, and there is no options for pay as you go data use. very disappointing.

No notification is given before the package expires (stops working). Although 3 days before information is received but at least an hour before notification must be given to the user to recharge or display hours/minutes remaining for package expiry.
