After using the app for over a year, the latest update no longer recognizes my rewards status, purchase history, credit card or favorites. Looks like a total reset - but my membership appears to be correct at the store. For the convenience of ordering ahead on my way to work, this app is currently a disappointment. The service fee for using it doesn't appear to validate the ability of those who wrote the current iteration.

It's probably the worst version of this app. I can change my delivery and pick up location. All the drinks at the location I order from are not updated on the app, but when I walk in the store, what I want is on the menu board. This is irritating because I am trying to pick up and go. That's the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Another thing is that I am clicking on an item, and it keeps taking me back to the previous page. I close the app and relaunch and it still does it. BIG GLITCHES.

Newest update will not let me save my credit card details, shows I have zero reward points after years of using the app, defaults to no straw with no way to edit this, shows incorrect prices halfway through ordering, the give feedback button in app doesn't work at all... So many issues. New UI is clunkier and takes significantly longer to load. I've stopped using the app entirely because of this update, would rather wait in line and pay in person.
