Does not work with Quantums current pods!!! Even the in home tech could not get it to work! Later when I called support, he said it didn't work for newer wifi 7 equipment, then hung up on me. Only reason I wanted the app was to get my smart devices (2.4) connected. Apparently now it's impossible. Goodbye to hundreds of dollars in smart lighting, cameras etc!

Worthless. I have everything already set up. I want to control the app but I cant even get past "install". The app asks me to scan the code on the back, I do that and it says try again later, for 2 days now. Worthless and frustrating! Make an app that actually works! Also for some reason it won T allow my LG TV to connect to the wifi, what the hell!? 20 mins on hold for tech support, who has that time? I'm so sick of incompetent companies!

This is the app quantum sends in your email for you to use and all the controls and settings for your network but all it does is try to set up but can't get past set up since it already is, it says the app will stop 8/24 switch to the quantum fiber app that app i can set the name of network but that's it none of the controls, options settings shown in this apps pics, go to modems IP address settings say use quantum fiber app but it has none of the settings DO NOT GET QUANTUM SERVICE 1/2 old mbps
