From the Sharp app home screen, you can quickly access care options, get reminders, view your recent account activity ― and easily click to your medical record and records of family members you’re authorized to view. With convenient self-services features, you can:

The system is horrible cant reply with follow-up questions. Instead, makes you create a new message for the follow-up. They dont look at the fact you have added a secondary insurance that still only bills the one. They dont send a physical bill before sending it in collections, expect you to always check the app. Messaging system is a fail. But adding your children was easier than before.

Better than follow my health. Much more responsive in the app features. Would be nice to be able to take screenshots while in the app to save information to use while traveling overseas or while in areas that might not have cell service. Would be nice to have indications where there are new updates so you know where to focus on looking, like in FMH.

This app is NOT user-friendly. It's confusing & I need to chck every item to make sure nothing new came in since last checked. It frustrates me that I'm not notified I received a response from my dr, notices from my pharmacy, or an appt was resched'd, etc. There is no indication there are any messages! This is frustrating as I've now missed a notice at 2pm to give a urine sample by the end of day today! There is no way to know unless I open every tab because they're not marked as new notices.
