Cannot "Link to Bank Account" since Oct 1. Instead you get a pop-up screen "Sorry, we've encountered an unexpected error Please try again." And when you try again, you get another pop-up screen overlaying and blocking the plaid screen telling you to go to the Google Play Store to download the app. Endless loop. Update: I've sent emails to their support team on Oct 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. I've gotten ZERO response from them. Today is end of day, Oct. 6. Oct. 9 update got me further, but still errors.

TERRIBLE app, it will not connect to any of my bank accounts. I have called both my banks and they say it is on the plaid side that the problem is occurring. When I get a hold of shift key they just give me excuses, try it on your tablet, try it on your phone, try it on your PC, it does NOT work on any of them. Their customer service is almost non existent and very ineffective.

The app was working just fine on my Samsung Ultra 22 phone until a week ago. I've cleared the cache, re-installed it, and restarted my phone. It takes almost 2 minutes to open, and by that time, the shift is gone. It happens on 5G and WiFi. I have to get signatures now also because it says geofenceerror. All my other apps and agency apps are working like normal. The app works just fine on my IPad, but I can't carry that around all day. I hope it can be fixed. Maybe an android issue. Not happy.
