Useless - nearly. The website is much better, easier to navigate, search products, everything. BUT, if you want to get your Amazon Prime discount, you absolutely must use the app. Certainly immoral if not illegal. Recommendation: download the app, log in and link your phone number to your account, then delete the app. Now you can enter your phone number at the register for your discount - but you absolutely can't do the number linking through the website and they can't do it for you in store.

The review Kevin Valimont posted on 4/23/2024 is still accurate. If I try to select my local store, the app acts like it accepted my selection and returns me to the front page of the app, but my store is still not selected. There also appears to be some kind of zooming/scrolling issue where products appear in two columns, but the right column is halfway cut off. This is pretty unusable, Amazon.

When I first downloaded the app, I would've given it a 4.5, but I've had to downgrade over time. The biggest reason is that they've removed the price from most items (recent update), excluding sales. I liked being able to plan my shopping trip and knowing how much I would pay when I went to the store. It also used to be that the app was pretty accurate to what the store carried, but that's gradually become less accurate. Bring back the prices!
