Scam app.. I recently placed an online order from Burger King India. The money was deducted, but the order was never delivered. I tried calling the store number provided, but it was switched off. The chat support in the app also doesn’t work, and my concern tickets are reset to zero every time I check. Extremely disappointing experience , poor service and no proper customer support.

I had ordered food from the app, it has been over an hour and still the food is not delivered. The app suddenly shows that the order is cancelled, where I did not cancel the order in any sense. I have lost my money and also the hunger still stays. This is scamming people. The restaurant doesn't pick up the call and there is literally no support, they ask to mail and there is no reply to that also.

Such a worst app!! I had a very disappointing experience with Burger King. I ordered a burger and even after waiting for 3 hours, my order was not delivered. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. After a while, they finally picked up only to say that my order was ready but there was no one to deliver it, and asked me to pick it up myself even though I had already paid online. This is unacceptable service and highly unprofessional.
