I can rarely access it, and once I do it's confusing how to move past the initial advertising.

Doesn't work keeps saying my password and user are wrong. Cable hasn't worked in a year. They came changed box broke my TV and didn't take responsibility. Still paying for cable I can't watch still with my broken TV. Thy keep raising prices and now their app doesn't work go figure. Horrible service horrible app

If this app doesn't work it might not be the app's fault. I'm in Canada and i have not been able to log into this app. The server in Mexico does not recognize my credentials. I know my email is correct because i have been working with the support/development team and they have verified both my email and my password work on multiple systems in Mexico but not in Alberta. I'm confident this issue will be redolved so in the meantime I'm giving the support team five stars for cometment thank you.
