How it works:
-Opt in this FREE add-on when you purchase a motor insurance or policy with us
-Remember to activate this add-on via the app by submitting your vehicle’s odometer reading. Don’t worry, SMS reminders will be sent.
-Once the add-on is successfully activated, you can submit your cash rebate request via the app by uploading your vehicle’s odometer reading anytime during your policy’s active period

Lousy app. Point is, during claim process, you need to always referring to other documents in your phone. If you do that more than 2 times, all your information gone! You need to keep re doing. Secondly, you can only attach one picture! You cant select later in your album. Did developer see this? Lousy. Morever, while they want you to used apps, they still using additional for a document upload! Great apps!

Unable to submit claim. When trying to add bank details it throws null exception error. Simple form submission also can fail. Only departure can add layover but no option for layover return flight. Buying insurance is so easy but to submit claim is a painful experience! Don't bother submit your claims from the app. Is not even recorded in their system. Wasting our time.

This app is rubbish. I bought travel insurance from etiqa website, was prompt to download their app to view my policy but cannot even register to the app. And the chat bot and agent help was almost non existance. Just send us the policy copy through email first at least. Instead of make it easier, this app make it more difficult
