Ratings and reviews

App has issues when doing 2 stops per ride.. also some of the places are not showing unlike with the other apps. Drivers are unprofessional. They will accept booking , let you wait then they will cancel! And you app doesnt even have a customer service.. We cant even complain for drivers who are not good , unrespectful and very rude.. App has issues with GPS also, its not accurate

The app is useful but and reasonable and first time yesterday I had a bad experience in ride.. Driver without reaching the location the driver has started the ride on app so we just ask with him on drop off time but he is not accepting his mistakes...so we told we will make complaints on you and he started to behave rude and using the abusing words with my colleagues and he is like fighting on the road..I think it's not good at all...as a customer if anything we wil ask so pls take care of this
