2 Many (but not all) employers, government benefits providers, and other originators send direct deposits early with an effective date of 1-4 days later. Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, the Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Wallet Visa Prepaid Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.

I installed the app almost 2 months ago and haven't been able to use it. When I call, the phone just rings and rings, or I get hung up on. *update* = it works only when it wants to. It seems any change will mess it up. They say 24-48 hours someone will reply, but it's been a week. The chat people can't help. And nobody knows which department CAN help. *With the early direct deposits, they never come early either, and nobody can help with that.*

I'm giving 3 because I would've given 4 or 5 several months ago. The consistency of this app has declined significantly. I may be better off just going to my old bank because the entire purpose of using this app is almost defeated. That said, it's a great concept, but the execution of it is no longer as helpful as it was before, and it's now only consistently inconsistent.

I think the the app is such a cool idea and the workers are helpful and supportive, but the issues on the app are just disappointing to be completely honest. I don't think it's a super common issues, I just know I have had issues with it since the beginning, and every new issue that gets resolved raises a new one. So I think there are many positives fo this app, but not many positives with my personal experience.
