Not any easier than my work Portal. You have to sign in each time. It doesn't remember username or password. It takes me to a page that looks exactly like the company HR portal and After signing in I have to punch through at least 5 screen options and then finally toggle between Clock in and Clock out to do any sort of action. It should be: open app, short pin or fingerprint, and then 2 big buttons: clock in, clock out. That might actually save time.

The app has great potential but I've had several instances over the last week where it will never connect to a log in screen. There will be 5G service with 5 bars, with the latest update, I have force stopped the app, & restarted my phone with no luck. There are sometimes where if will give me the option to clock in or out in offline mode and when service is reestablished it will update but that doesn't happen. I end up with missing punches making additional unnecessary work for my supervisor.

Worked great at first, now it won't log me in at all. I get stuck in a green screen until I shrink it, then it gets stuck in a white screen with blue rotating dots and won't go any farther no matter how long I wait or what I do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly, gotten hold of our IT department and they thought it was fixed but it is still not working.

What's new

Some great enhancements and bug fixes have been released to provide you with a better mobile experience including:

- Many enhancements made to the desktop experience will be available for mobile
- Mobile Quick Punch now supports Extra Buttons and Custom Labels
