I use lots of online job apps but this one right here needs a lot of improvement. Both on the server and client side. Syncing jobs could take forever. And will affect your progress if it happens. The app itself is lagging and CPU intensive somehow. Memory hungry too despite not having any graphics rendering. Optimize this please. And put an option to whatsapp the customer instead of call and sms. You can do that by using the Whatsapp API that is already widely used.

Sequencing is by far one of the issue with this app. It is a waste of time for the drivers to do additional work and the locking of waypoint just messes with the flow of work. It's not user friendly at all. It's purely disgusting and waste of time. Really do not see how sequencing brings out the cutting edge over your competitors in fact it just make NinjaVan less favourable for the drivers.

First of all, I find this apps doesn't make sense, on the warehouse station allow people to use scanner function to scan the parcel but when come to delivery only have the camera function to scan parcel before you can complete the delivery. So in my point of view what is the point of using barcode scanner which came out from my own pocket money to improve the efficiency of parcel scanning and what is the point of bring out the parcel for delivery when it's only allow camera scanning before del?
