This app is very frustrating. I have never been able to log into my account on the app, or online. Every time I select "login" after inputting my login information, the page doesn't go anywhere. It doesn't tell me anything is wrong or to try again. Simply NOTHING happens. I am very upset and would very much like this issue to be addressed soon, as this has been happening since I created my account a month ago.

It signs you out, then forces you to go to the website to sign in. The website then does nothing after you put in your information. I contacted them & they claim they contacted IT about the issue, but after 2 weeks they haven't done anything. Updating to say after update that it still doesn't work!!! Updating to say it would be a good idea if your points could be accessed through the register, since they haven't been able to get the app to function properly since April.

Logging into the app is a nightmare. I open the app, press login, and it opens their login page through a browser. After putting in my email and password, it asks for a email verification. This is where the problem is, when I switch to my email app it refreshes my login browser, creating a new session. It creates a loop where you just can't login without changing your entire notification settings, or having a different phone or computer. Whoever planned this is entirely incompetent.
