I really like this app. After an injury, I gained 50 pounds and couldn't do most workouts. Starting with the bed workouts and then moving to the couch workouts, I can already feel a difference in my ability level after just a week. The best part is that is really just 5 minutes each so I can do them once a day or multiple times per day as my schedule and pain levels allow.

I love the whole concept of this, it's actually effective. My only complaints are 1) this shouldn't be a monthly or yearly charge, just give us a one time fee for lifetime option. 2) allow us to redo days exercises if we want, don't force us to move on if we want to repeat stuff. I see others had these suggestions also, I feel you should listen to your customers to be more successful. (: thanks for making a really inventive and fun exercise app. It's a great idea & my lazy self is loving it!

I have just started using this app, but it appears to be just what I need. It is the first workout app I've found where I can actually keep up and complete the workouts. Better yet, I'm capable of doing the bed workout in the morning, before I get up and the chair workout later in the day for added exercise. As I plan to repeat the series of workouts after the first 30 days, it would be helpful to have the option to immediately repeat a workout to do multiple sets once I have more endurance.
