As others have stated. When using the app on my Android, you can't get past that first page. It keeps loading, so it's absolutely useless. I'm now also being charged the $9.99 a month for afterpay plus. I don't use afterpay enough to warrent that, so it looks like I'll have to log in on my Pc to rectify that. After logging in on the Pc, I ended up having to close my account as there doesn't seem to be any way of reversing afterpay plus. Congratulations, you've lost my business.

Afterpay has been a godsend for me with the cost of living crisis and prices going up. I have never missed a payment only 1 time I had to change the date of 1 upcoming payment because I would of had insufficient funds to pay back afterpay payment plan. I was so happy that this was allowed. All my other afterpay balances have not been affected which is wonderful. I'm very happy 😊 that afterpay is around. Thank you afterpay for this fantastic App

Have been using afterpay for years, always paid off my payments before they were due, and worked my way up the rewards ladder so I could get the no upfront payment benefits. Well, I went to use afterpay to buy concert tickets for my friends, and with no warning, I'm charged the first payment. Confused, I googled and discovered they've removed the rewards system, so all my progress is gone and we now have to pay the first payment upfront. What is the deal with this???
