Plans — You’ll get a new plan every month tailored especially to you. Want to lose weight, run further, faster, burn some fat, or tone up? The app has you covered! Your plan will consist of training and exercise, nutrition plans, educational tips, and recovery plans, and it gets better every time you use it.

Crashes constantly, stops logging when you open a different app, notifies of coaching messages when there aren't any, doesn't remember weights used in previous workouts, weight input is annoying (scrolling instead of typing and only works a third of the time), coaching notes are not visible in the default view. Truly a terribly functioning app, two stars because it looks nice I guess.

I like the automatic planning with the new app but there are a lot of things I miss about the old version such as being able to search specific exercises easily. I also don't like that the workout stops logging if you navigate to another screen. This is a terrible feature as it should be able to continue running in the background. If they could bring back easily browsing individual exercises and run in the background this would be a 5 star app.

I like the workouts it gives you, but it resets the log everytime you leave the app. I don't like that you can't add notes like the old workout app (if that's possible and I'm not seeing it then forgive me). I don't like that it doesn't show previous weight used for repeated exercises like the old app did. Overall it has potential but needs work to be a great functioning workout app.
