WHEN the app works its convenient but for days it's been frozen. It will say its looking up my account information but just spins. Meanwhile since this is one of my favorite places I'm losing lots of points I could use for rewards AND it's frustrating getting a text message or email saying there's a special but not being able to get to it. Hopefully it gets fixed.

Extremely frustrating. The app will show the location as being open, let you go through the process of adding everything to your order, and THEN tell you, that actually, they don't accept orders online past a certain, unpublished time. Even though the location is indeed open. Please please please, fix this issue, and I promise I'll go every night for a month, as well as update my review. Please fix this!

This app is pretty much useless. Just like so many when you log in the app freezes on the Find a location pop up screen. o have tried everything to get this to work. You would think that after looking at all of the negative reviews the developers would create a fix for what seems to be a very widespread and common issue with the app. You would think that a company like Bakers would be a little more aware of how many people use apps and would put some effort into making sure it operates correctly.
