Was ok at first, but now it never updates my transactions. It's 9/5 as of this review and the last transaction I was able to see was a month ago. Normally if I logout completely or uninstall and reinstall, it'll work - but even that doesn't work now and I shouldn't need to do that anyway. After uninstall this time, I'm even able to get back in. It shows me the welcome loading screen and never progresses past that. Been waiting on the welcome screen for 15 mins. Not ok for an essential app.

Can't even login using banking credentials. Thinking it had to do with not having logged into the app yet, i hit "first time login" which puts a little green android dude in the top left corner. And a black screen. Going to close the app you can see it, like so much of my First experience was a failure to load. If this was for my business, i'd move the account. First was a hassle before they decided to change stuff and become a poor performing hassle.

I DO NOT like this new app. The security feature makes me feel uneasy. I don't feel very secure at all, just having a 4 digit code. I'd much rather have to enter a password. That would make me feel more secure. I also don't like that I have to enter the 4 digit code repeatedly when I switch screens, such as the calculator or phone when trying to pay bills. This app is definitely not improved in my opinion and I'm super disappointed with the bank that I've trusted for 30+ years. Terrible!

The PIN access was chosen as there are additional security measures clients can use to lock their device, including facial recognition or fingerprints. Additionally, certain actions require the password. Please give us a call at 877-322-9530 to discuss your concerns further.
