Every time you update your app, you cause users a lot of trouble reaching their acount. After update, it says that a pin is sent to my phone, but nothing was rcd so far since 19 days. And no response from the bank.

I can't access my account, whenever I try to sign in, the app says that I should turn off the VPN, please fix it ASAP.

not working properly especially with last update , whenever I want to login it says no response plz check your internet connection , even I have a great internet connection so please try to fix it .....
